Arts in Motion is a dance center based in Auburn, New York. We encourage all of our students to strive for excellence in dance, while having fun along the way.

Samantha has loved dancing and moving since the young age of 2 years old. She was born and raised in Auburn, NY, where she was able to study with several local studios and companies. She quickly began to love dancing and performing! Samantha has trained in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Modern, Hip Hop, as well as Competitive Dance and Cheerleading.
She has been an instructor and choreographer for the past 7 years. Samantha choreographed "42nd Street" for Skaneateles High School, for which she received several choreography awards, as well as their production of "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang". A former alumni of St. Joseph's School, Sam has helped choreograph their middle school musicals, The Music Man and Wizard Of Oz.
Sam is looking forward to the growth of Arts In Motion Dance Center and she is hoping AIM becomes a home for many students where their dreams come true!

Kennedy has lived most of her life in Auburn, NY. Beginning at a young age she had a genuine passion for dance, which has only grown stronger over the years. Having experience in multiple genres of dance she followed the footsteps of her sister, Samantha, and became dedicated to pushing dancers to their fullest potential.
She finds peace after a long day by spending much of her time being actively involved in the studio working with kids. Being able to guide upcoming dancers and watch them grow over the years has given Kennedy a special admiration to continue pursuing her love of dance.
Kennedy is looking forward to being apart of the continued growth and achievements of Arts In Motion Dance Center. She is so excited to see what the future holds!
Dance Instructor, Choreographer
Olivia Bauso is an Auburn Native and recent graduate from the Nazareth College Theatre & Dance and Communication departments. Through middle and high school Olivia trained and performed in a local dance company. During this time, she taught and assisted with classes and camps, and choreographed for several community productions. Olivia additionally performed with the Auburn High School drama and musical clubs and the Finger Lakes Musical Theatre Festival, and trained with CAP 21.
At Nazareth, Olivia continued her dance training with a focus in modern/contemporary movement and choreographic technique. She was an original member of the Nazareth Dance Ensemble. Olivia has choreographed for the Nazareth Dance Organization and Nazareth Dance Team in addition to making pieces for the Spring Dance Concerts and Student Choreography Showcase.
She has studied under Kathy Diehl, Heather Roffe, Heather Acomb, Paige Cummings, Matthew Stephens, Lori Leshner, and Brett Smock. Olivia lives and works in Rochester, NY.
Amanda has been dancing her entire life, starting at the age of two, at the Yanarella School of Dance in Beacon, NY. She was a member of the competition team that performed in multiple states, on a cruise ship, and at Universal Studios in Florida. Most of all, Amanda's favorite style of dance is Tap, and her idol is Fred Astaire.
Amanda has been the choreographer for seven musicals at Weedsport High School. She has also directed several shows of her own in the Union Springs District.
